Terms of Use — 70 Days Prayer Battle

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the 70 Days Prayer Battle mobile app (the “App”) provided by Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (“we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

The App provides devotional content for the 70 Days Prayer & Fasting programme, including daily Bible readings, praise and thanksgiving, confessions, prayer points, hymns, and audio narration, together with tools to track your progress and read in your chosen language.

2. Your account

You sign in with your phone number (one-time code) or with Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.
You are responsible for keeping access to your device and account secure, and for activity that takes place under your account.
You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country (and at least 13).

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App and its content for your own devotional and personal use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content, or attempt to circumvent access controls, except as permitted by law.

4. Purchases and access

Some content requires a one-time purchase or a redeemed code to unlock.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by those stores and subject to their terms; refunds for store purchases are handled under the applicable store’s refund policy.
For the directly-distributed version, payments are processed by Paystack or Flutterwave, or by bank transfer. We do not collect or store your card or bank details.
Prices and available content may change. Unless required by law, unlocked access is provided for the programme as described at the time of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by: interfering with or disrupting the service; accessing it through unauthorised means; sharing paid content with others in breach of section 3; reverse-engineering except where the law permits; or using the App unlawfully or in a way that infringes others’ rights.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its content, text, audio, artwork, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries and are protected by applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the App available and working, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn, and offline access depends on your device and prior sync.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The App is a devotional aid and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or access, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users.

11. App stores (Apple and Google)

If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to that store’s terms. The following apply to the extent required, in particular by Apple:

These Terms are between you and Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries only, not with Apple or Google. We, not the store, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
The store has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App.
Store purchases are handled by, and refunded under the policy of, the relevant store; any other claim relating to the App is our responsibility and not the store’s.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
